01 / UNDERSTAND KASPA

A big idea.
A clear starting point.

Digital money that does not have to wait in a single queue.

Kaspa links blocks created in parallel into a shared network called a blockDAG. It uses proof of work and open source code. Its native coin is KAS.

How blockDAG works ↗

02 / THE NETWORK PULSE

Behind every block:
a real network.

The network in numbers.

Block rate, mining and issuance. With context for every metric.

Connecting to network data sources…

Transactions / TPS

—

Unique transactions per second

Loading
What this metric means

Unique transaction IDs in the most recently received block sample over about ten seconds, including reward transactions. Repeated IDs in different blocks count only once. This is a local observation, not a network-wide payment count, accepted transaction count or hourly average. It is not the network's maximum capacity.

Block rate / BPS

—

Blocks per second

Loading
What this metric means

The block rate in the most recently received sample over about ten seconds. It fluctuates over short periods and depends on the node connection. It is not an hourly average or a guaranteed rate for the entire network.

Waiting for the first observation

Network hashrate

—

Estimated total mining power

Loading
What this metric means

A statistical estimate of miners' computing power. PH/s means one quadrillion hash attempts per second. It fluctuates with the measurement window and is not a direct sum of individual devices' output.

Waiting for the first observation

Mined KAS

—

Mined KAS supply

Loading
What this metric means

Mined supply reported by the network node and its share of the maximum supply. The metric does not indicate how many coins are currently for sale and does not account for lost private keys.

Waiting for the first observation

Block reward

—

Base reward per block

Loading
What this metric means

The base issuance reward per mined block in KAS, as reported by the data source. It excludes transaction fees and any pool-specific distribution. An individual miner's proceeds may differ.

Waiting for the first observation

Next reward reduction

—

Waiting for the reduction date

Loading
What this metric means

The next scheduled base reward and its estimated change time. Kaspa issuance decreases in monthly steps. The countdown is the source's estimate, not a guarantee of the exact second of change.

Waiting for the first observation

Live public sources may have brief delays. Each metric includes its meaning, source and last successful update time. During an outage, we show an older observation or a dash.

Public nodes and mining addresses are available from an external source. We do not yet display these figures directly.

Public nodes

Publicly discoverable nodes

Loading
What this metric means

Publicly discoverable nodes known to the source through DNS seeders. This excludes private nodes and nodes behind NAT. The figure is not the total number of network participants.

Waiting for the first observation

Mining addresses

Recently observed addresses

Loading
What this metric means

The number of different addresses receiving rewards in recently observed blocks. An address may represent a solo miner or an entire pool. This is not the number of mining devices or individual people.
